Our mission is to support companies expanding across Asia by providing recruitment solutions that drive their growth and help turn possibilities into success.
About Founder
Keisuke Okujima
With over 10 years of experience in headhunting and career support across Japan and Singapore, I founded New Hires after earning my MBA from the National University of Singapore. Having witnessed global companies struggle to hire and localize talent in Asian markets, I established the firm in Singapore to bridge that gap. My long-term vision is to evolve New Hires into a recruitment tech company — and one day, take it public in New York.
